Derekson Limited has the equipment and the expertise to undertake a wide range of dredging tasks in the port environment.  Its crews are accustomed to working alongside the marine management team at a port.  In-dock maintenance dredging uses plough vessels, grab dredgers or trailer suction dredgers with pipes which have been specially designed to gain access to awkward corners and lock entrances.

Derekson Limited’s larger vessels are capable of dredging a range of sedimentary deposits for the maintenance of channels or, in appropriate circumstances, dredging for capital schemes.  Derekson Limited’s fleet, which is not restricted to Derekson Limited waters, can carry out a wide range of work globally.

Land Reclamation:

Erosion Control

Derekson Limited is a proven solution to challenging erosion problems. We provide a structurally-stable environment for infill and effective, long-term solution for controlling erosion on embankments, stabilize soils on steep embankments and prevent severe erosion problems. We also prevent the formation of rills and gullies and scour caused by storm water runoff and concentrated flows. Protect geomembranes and minimize sliding of cover materials on landfills and containment basins.

B. Protection of Slopes and Shorelines:

• :: Delivers stability and long-term sustainability of embankment materials.
• :: The 3D system confines and reinforces the upper soil layer to resist erosive conditions and sliding forces.
• :: Confined infill allows slopes to be designed and constructed steeper than when unconfined, saving land costs.

B. Protection of Channels:
